Organizing Your Paperwork(mess)
For Business & Home Offices
We believe everyone knows how to organize their paper mess. However, then comes the shortage of time and other things to do. For some, it’s a matter of seeking perfection. Solution, let FilingRabbit organize your documents—anything from legal papers to receipts, and organize them according to your guidelines. If you don’t have guidelines, we have some that we can share with you.
In today’s world, where scanned documents stand complete legal scrutiny and acceptance, FilingRabbit can scan your documents—from legal papers to receipts—for you. We will also organize them into files and folders, searchable documents, and store them in the cloud for you. Now you will have access to them whenever and wherever you need them.
Once we’ve scanned your documents, you are free to shred them. However, we also know people often have an attachment to the physical papers as well as a question in your minds: what if something is missed? FilingRabbit provides offsite storage, which frees up space and, at the same time, gives you peace of mind. No worries, our storage warehouse is completely secure and bonded.
Exceeding Client Expectation. Everytime.
Tom, an insurance broker, was moving offices and needed someone to organize many boxes of papers — customer records, office papers and his personal papers. We took the boxes to our office and created a hierarchical structure of categories, which we also cross-referenced chronologically.
Once finished, we scanned the documents into appropriate folders. We were under the gun, as Tom needed to provide some of his personal documents to his CPA, so his CPA could file his taxes.
Tom is now a happily organized man, with new space in his office to work.
Jane works out of her home office. She showed us an over-stuffed filing cabinet with a broken rail. She had over 20 properties in her portfolio, which belonged in three different entities.
We created a categorical system that chronologically reflected the cross properties and entities’ distribution. We filed them physically using a color-coded system.
Then we scanned the documents and entered all transactions into Quickbooks.
Going forward, Jane has asked us to manage her papers and coordinate with her CPA.
Dan had over 30 years of family trust documentation with over 30 different entities. We moved 250 accordion folders full of papers from Dan’s family’s estate to our office. Papers included financial, tax, legal, business and family affairs documentation.
In this case, Dan provided us with the main categories, using an iterative approach to understand the full complexity of 30 years of history. We sorted, scanned and then shredded 100,000 papers, completing the project in two months.
Dan was relieved and said he didn’t know what he would have done without our service.

Entrepreneur, Dedicated to Making Life Easier
FilingRabbit was founded in 2012 by Stas Gulinsky, to solve the issue of paper-mess in business and home offices. His basic thesis was: in a world of no secretaries, home offices and hard to find good admin, there was still a requirement of sorting, organizing and filing papers. He decided to start a “Merry Maids” for papers, like a maid service, which comes and cleans your apartment, FilingRabbit would come and clean, organize, sort and scan all your paperwork.
Prior to FilingRabbit he founded Sygma Corp, Xpert LLC and Generous World. Before that he was a Project Manager for PMI Group, Lockheed Martin and CompUSA. Stas has a Bachelors in Information Systems and a Masters in Electrical Engineering.
